and a sound nutritional program to get you in the best shape of your life. IT IS ALSO DOABLE! The course is only 8 weeks.
Practically anybody can stay focused on fitness for only 8 weeks!

But the real reason the Seung-ni Body Challenge is so successful is the people involved. When you start the SBC you are not doing it alone.  You start with other participants who are going on the same fitness journey.

There are many unique aspects of the SBC. Our instructors and staff will help guide you through your SBC manual, which includes weight loss tracking charts, diet information, recipes, and on-the-go meal options. We will help you set goals and motivate you throughout the course.
