BODY PUMP is a
non-impact workout using dumbell weights to music. The
workout targets all major muscle groups using resistance
training exercises. Instruction and participation focus
heavily on correct lifting technique with the use of light
to moderate weights and high repetition. BODY PUMP allows
people of a wide range of fitness levels to be included in
one class. To change the intensity, participants can
increase the weight of the dumbell. It's that simple.
