Master Gary and Seung-ni Staff,
I just wanted to let you know what a great fitness program you offer through the Body Pump classes and Kickboxing. I have never found a program that I like as much as what you have put together. Your staff is knowledgeable and hard working-and they don't let you get away with anything - ha-ha! I have my degree in dietetics and exercise science and am currently a conditioning coach for a competitive team, and your program rocks!
I just wanted to let you know that your classes are great and I will keep encouraging others to join your program.

How does one say thank-you for giving them the tools to basically regain control of their life? I’m not sure, but I’m going to try. I‘ve gained an enormous amount of respect for what you do and what you’re trying to accomplish. I’m not naïve and do understand that this is a business geared towards generating an income. BUT, there are some MAJOR differences between what I’ve experience at your establishment and numerous other gyms. What you do is different compared to any past experience I’ve had (and there have been many). You have heartfelt passion to see people succeed and you have created an environment that is conducive to only positive results. With the “Body Challenge” program you have created, you have changed people’s lives by the dozens at a time. This experience could very well be the proudest achievement I’ve ever had, next to my children of course (actually I don’t have kids that’s just the usual response). For years I suffered from poor self image, I was the “funny one” which is the masculine equivalent to “the hot chicks’ fat friend” but now, thanks to you and your amazing staff I am “that” guy no longer. The atmosphere you have created is anything but typical, it’s a lot more intimate than the “who can lift the most” mentality at regular gyms. During the short eight week program I met some simply amazing people I know consider friends, specifically Amanda Seidel, without her, and her competitive spirit I wouldn’t have achieved half the results I did. I can’t possibly express what your whole system has meant to me. You have employed a wonderful, knowledgeable; motivating staff throughout, that amazingly enough in eight short weeks gave me the tools to turn a “keg” into a “six pack”. A thousand thanks wouldn’t surmise how I feel. I’d like to give a special thanks to Josh for creating an amazingly motivating environment, and wish him the best of luck in Grand Rapids. And my apologies to Molly for requesting calf raises.
My most sincere regards,
Jarrett Pearson (Jun 07, Body Challenge)
P.S. Hopefully at some point I will be able to keep pace in one of Medina’s classes (She’s an Animal)!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take a break woman you just had a baby!!!!!!!!

Hi Gary,
I wanted to say a sincere thank you for giving me the tools I needed to get to where I am after this Body Challenge. Before I started at Seung-ni in April, I went to another gym in town and I always had every excuse in the world NOT to actually go to the gym. On a good week I would get there two times a week. I had excuses like I have three kids, I have to take the kids to hockey practice, I work full-time, I’m tired, etc. Now that I am at Seung-ni, I actually look forward to working out! I make the time to come, and I am so glad that I do! You and your staff are so motivating and fun! I’ve learned how to eat healthy and realize that at 34 years old I can be in the best shape of my life and feel good about it! So thank you for helping me change my thought process and realize that it is all mind over matter!

Master Gary,
Three years ago I weighed 305lbs. I did opt for gastric by-pass surgery and got down to 158lbs. When I started the SBC I was back up to 177lbs. They surgery was a tool to loose the weight but as you can see I was slowly gaining the weight back. Since the surgery, I have walked at least an hour a day but that was the extent of exercise. My bad eating habits were slowly creeping back too. I knew I had to do something but what? I saw the advertisement for the SBC on your sign. I checked out your website and thought why not. My original goal was to get down under 160 lbs. But the goal changed after about two weeks. My goal became to chance. Change my diet. Learn how to eat right. Commit to an exercise program. That I did. The first week of SBC I could hardly walk! Every part of my body ached! And trying to sit on the toilet was the worst! But I worked through that. I began to enjoy the aches because I knew I was doing something good for my body. I began to enjoy the aches because I knew I was doing something good for my body. I could see the change. I could see the muscles. I can wear my smallest size clothes again. I celebrated my 53rd birthday during this time and I do have some issues with extra skin from loosing so much weight after surgery. But I feel MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the healthiest I have EVER felt. I just wanted to thank you and your staff for such a wonderful program. I did make it into the top 10 which felt great. The biggest surprise when I got home after class last night, my husband greeted me with roses and a card saying “You have what it takes, Desire, Determination, Focus- I am very proud of you.” I am leaving for Florida next week and I am not only taking my swimsuit but also the knowledge that I have learned and a set of dumbbells. When I get back I will definitely sign up for more. THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
With gratitude,
