Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first Cycling class so we can get your bike correctly set up for you.


Cycling Policies: 

Late Cancel: Because most classes of Seung-ni Cycling sell out, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can get someone on the waiting list on that bike. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class time there is a $3 late cancel fee.

No-Show: Full classes are important to us and there is nothing having people on the waiting list for the class and having empty bikes from someone not showing up. If you do not cancel your bike and do not show up for the class there will be a $6 no-show fee.

Late Arrival: Because riding as a “pack” is very important to our Cycling experience we ask that all new riders arrive at least 10 minutes before class to get their bikes. If you are running late please call the front desk so we can hold your bike for you. If any bikes are not claimed at the start of class they will be given to riders on standby.

Rider Minimum Policy: Seung-ni Cycling is ALL about the energy in the room. If there are less than 4 riders booked into class two hours before class start time class will be canceled and riders will be given a credit toward a future class.
