Working your core is at the, well… core of fitness. At Seung-ni, we use the knowledge we have gained from our more than 35 years of experience to develop what we believe to be the best core workout program in existence. This 55 minute class focuses strictly on abs, obliques, and lower back. Having a strong core helps with everything from balance while walking and running to maintaining correct form when working out in other capacities. Our core class uses a unique mixture of circuit training exercises with a variety of props and tools to provide you with an intense but easily adaptable workout. We are extremely proud of the great results the participants in our core workout classes have earned and want to help you achieve those same results. Our goal, above all, is to help you make your fitness dreams a reality by providing fun and effective classes. We want YOU to see results. No matter what your starting point is, where you are in your fitness journey, or what your experience is with core workouts, our program will work for you as we strive to provide plenty of ways to adjust your individual workout to what works for you.
